Bryant Wilson
Associate Pastor
Bryant Wilson has been the Worship Assistant at White Oak Baptist Church since December 2018. He is originally from Marion, SC. After high school, he attended college in Charleston, SC and received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration for the College of Charleston in 2017. While in college, he attended and served with the Charleston Baptist Collegiate Ministries, and worked as a Ministry Intern upon graduating. He served on the Worship Team for BCM all five years; playing the guitar and singing, and led the team as Worship Leader his final three years. While in college and at BCM, Bryant met his wife, Violet, and they have been married since May, 2017. Bryant completed a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest (May 2021) and was ordained by White Oak (June 2021).
Dara Edwards
Music Director
Dara is a lifelong member of White Oak Baptist Church and has been our Music Director for many years. She leads the Adult and Children’s Choirs, the Adult Handbells Group known as Celebration Ringers and is responsible for all music at White Oak Baptist Church. Dara owns a music studio in Clayton where she has taught piano to countless children in the area. White Oak Baptist Church is blessed to have Dara provide her musical talents to our church. Dara has two children, Will (and his wife Catherine) and Ally.
